In Change Management, it depends on the nature and scope of the project. Typically, we start 3 months before a project begins, and finish 3 months after it goes live. In Management Development and Roadmap Formulation, we have a range of programs you can view in the relevant locations on our website.

The area of Change Management and the development of plans for it are led by Michal Blat-Ben David. Management Development is coordinated by Dr. Yael Lapidot-Raz. An experienced project manager will accompany you on program implementation, and when necessary, a multi-disciplinary team of professional consultants, along with best-of-breed solutions, will be at the project manager's disposal.
