This document explains what data we collect, the legal basis for processing, why we use it, who we share it with, and what your rights are under the Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13), 5784-2024.

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to the use of the website, contact forms, and communication with us (email/phone/WhatsApp/social media). Use of the website constitutes agreement to this policy.

  • B. Automatically Collected Information: IP address, browser and operating system, pages viewed, referral source, visit time, and other technical information.

  • C. Third-Party Information: Analytics/advertising providers, social platforms, or CRM/ERP systems we use.

  • D. For E-commerce Sites: Order and payment details via an external clearing provider (we do not store credit card details on the site).

Purposes, Use of Data, and Legal Basis for Processing

We use the information for the following purposes, based on the legal grounds set forth in the Privacy Protection Law:

  • Responding to inquiries and providing quotes/services: Our legitimate interest in providing quality service.

  • Site operation, security, and experience improvement: Our legitimate interest, subject to consent for non-essential cookies.

  • Ongoing communication regarding projects/invoices: Legitimate interest/contractual obligation.

  • Marketing mailings and updates: Only with explicit consent (Opt-in), with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

  • Legal compliance: Accounting, fraud prevention, and reporting to authorities.

Voluntary Disclosure and Consequences of Non-Disclosure

Providing details is voluntary. Certain fields may be required for us to contact you or provide the requested service. Without these details, we may not be able to provide a full response or service.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not “sell” personal information. We only share it with processors/providers who assist us (e.g., hosting/CDN, email/CRM, analytics, clearing/billing, legal/accounting advice) solely for the purpose of the service and under appropriate agreements.

International Data Transfers

Information may be transferred outside of Israel. In cases involving countries not declared by the Privacy Protection Authority as having an adequate level of protection, we will ensure the existence of appropriate contractual protection mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
